OVERVIEW
Description: The Leadership: Moving Forward conference has been specifically designed for the executive management and leadership of public health agencies and organizations. Topics include Organizational Change, Succession Planning, and the New Public Health, and leadership roles within each of these focuses.
Learning Objectives:
The conference seeks to provide executive leadership with: an opportunity to exchange ideas and concepts regarding the core foundation of public health systems; the framework and tools to evaluate organizational structure and planning; and the chance to evaluate their leadership strengths and opportunities to engage their teams in the planning process for the future.
