Third in a series. Topics covered include: 4 Spheres of Public Health Nursing Practice, Principles of Population-Based Practice, Minnesota Intervention Wheel


Length: Approximately 60 minutes


Learning Objectives:
By the end of this training, a participant will be able to:
  • Identify the Four Spheres of Public Health Nursing Practice.
  • Articulate the application of population-based practice in public health.
  • Recognize at least five public health nursing interventions from the Minnesota Intervention Wheel.
  • Discuss the basic steps in applying the Minnesota Intervention Wheel to public health nursing practice.
